All Mikoleon shoes are design to match standard US dress shoe sizes. We don’t make half sizes and, to ensure the perfect fit, please note the following: All our shoes are standard M width (medium width). Do not order your sneaker size! When we started making shoes five years ago, we found that there's no shoe length standard, that each continent and brand develops their shoes based on their designs and geographical location, so there's really not a standard size in the world to go by; so yes, we are aware that our shoes are different from any other company, hence we recommend that you measure before you buy because we know that a size 5 for a child in a brand such as Nike will not be the same for our shoes as we have designed and develop our own patterns and shoe forms.
If you are not sure what size to get, measure your child's or your feet before buying. Do not use your sneaker size as a size guide! Our customers report our sizes run TTS (true to size).

If the size you received does not fit you (or your child), we are happy to help you return them for shop credit in order to reorder the correct size.
• To receive shop credit for your exchange/return, the original product must be unworn and in new condition.
• Exchange/return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.
• We offer exchanges/returns in the contiguous US, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely custom made orders).
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges/returns for giveaway winners, auctions, or purchases made from resale Facebook BST pages, or any unauthorized dealer.
• Shipping fees are paid by customer. Please note that shop credit will be issued for the cost of the product, we cannot refund shipping fees.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR SIZE EXCHANGE?
Please follow these steps and read the requirements. Your boots/shoes must be in their original sellable condition.
• Go to www.mikoleon.com/pages/sizeexchangeform
• Fill out the information and click submit at the bottom of the form
• Wait for our customer service rep to contact you to review your submission for approval. Please allow 2-3 working days for our CS rep to reply to your request.
Once your size exchange/return has been approved. Package items and ship to:
A shop credit must be used within one (1) year from being issued. A shop credit cannot be reissued if it is not used by the expiration date. All sales are final on Custom Orders.
Mikoleon LLC will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. We suggest you buy insurance for your return.

Taken from original designs that have been present since, the previous century, The Oliver Boot has strong features in the construction and elaborated artisanal design process. To start, the Oliver Boot has a large whole-cut leather as the primary piece for the shoe taken only from the best, unblemished, and structurally immaculate pieces of full grain leather that Mikoleon has produced. To achieve such dedication to the integrity of product quality and refinement of aesthetics, all leather taken for this boot is carefully curated by the artisans in order to eliminate from the production any pieces that don't hold to the highest of standards for the entire cut. Visually, the leathers for these shoes are dense cowhides rich with an elusive but warm patina appearance. A note about sizing...
Please measure before you buy! Our sizes run different than what your child may currently be using, so the best thing is to measure. Do not size up, our boots already include extra space for socks and growth.
MEASURE FIRST: Please note that we no longer offer one free size exchange for children's shoes and boots. Always measure first with socks and then look up our size chart for the best fit.

A note about our leather...
A craftsman cuts the leather by hand, choosing the leather carefully and making sure that he follows the grain of the leather, his expert eye tells him the best way to cut each piece. He then sews each piece with accuracy and exactness only seasoned cobblers have mastered. Each upper body is placed then in the shoe form and with skilled and strength, the master cobbler dresses the form and prepares it to attach the leather sole. The soles are then layered, one on top of another, he then cuts and sands the leather to perfection. Once the glue is dry the leather Artisan then carefully builds-up the finish with an expert’s eye, and touch, to achieve an aged patina in just the right places to reflect the aged qualities only time, wear, and frequent care could have accomplished naturally.

Artisanal products differ from fast fashion products in that they are made in a traditional or non-mechanized way. Artisanal products are hand-crafted by skilled cobblers in small quantities with high quality and design in mind; using techniques that cannot be replicated by machines!
